NordSüd Hospitality is a young company. Founded in 2022 as a joint venture of the Accor Group and the B&L Group, one of Germany’s most successful real estate project developers, we are bringing a breath of fresh air to the professional hospitality industry.

For example, we will be certified for the "Green Key" ecolabel. This award recognizes companies that implement strict environmental standards and sustainable practices such as waste reduction strategies, the use of ecological cleaning products, the implementation of water-saving systems, and much more.

Other measures taken by Many include, for example, the collaboration with the “ElbeWerkstätten” to promote inclusion and diversity or “Wild Plastic” - an innovative concept and movement that aims to combat global plastic pollution and find sustainable solutions for the use and recycling of plastics.

B&L GRUPPE

For over 50 years now, the Hamburg-based, owner-managed B&L Group has stood for high-quality real estate projects which function as urban landmarks throughout Germany. They include, in particular, modern urban development projects including offices, apartments, retail and hotels in the major cities of Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt a.M. and Hamburg. The development of customised hotel properties for numerous hospitality brands has also been a core competence of the B&L Group for many decades.

The B&L Group is a trendsetter for sustainable construction in Germany. The KII office building in Düsseldorf, for example, was awarded the prestigious Immobilien Manager Award and is DGNB Platinum- and DGB Diamond-certified. The B&L Group’s headquarters are located in Hamburg’s Holzhafen district, which was also developed by the company.
